Getting there · about 10 minutes

Aim to be with us 15 minutes before your pickup time — so leave the ship about 25 minutes before.

The route is inside the terminal building and there are stairs down to street level at the far end.

1Walk out of the terminal. There is only one way out, straight through the mall.Start

2Keep walking on the second floor, past the shops and the vendors. At the far end you reach the stairs — go down them.2 min

3On the ground floor, look for the street beside the ocean — the malecón, the one you saw from the walkway. The white lighthouse is there, right next to Starbucks. Our representative will be there waiting with a sign with your name. The board says Visit Cozumel Shuttles & Tours.You’re here
